User roles and authorizations
INARI Booking has four built-in user roles: administrator, manager, employee and customer. Each role has its own set of permissions. It’s possible to adjust user permissions via WordPress’ native capabilities system.
RGPD compliance

INARI Booking does not store customer data in accordance with the RGPD. In the Customer Panel, your customers can access, manage and delete their personal data at any time.
Employee panel
Employees can log in and take control of their appointments and events, manage their schedules, work schedules, days off and special days. Employees can manage the price of their services, as well as capacity.
Deposits
The deposit payment allows you to divide the amount into two parts: the first part, which you define, will be paid online during booking, and the remaining part of the total price the customer will pay on site.
Import customer data

If you already have a customer database using our Import option, you can easily import all data via the CSV file.
Service packages
Encourage your customers to buy more by bundling single or multiple services into an appointment package. You can set the price of the entire package so that your customers can benefit from a discount when purchasing the service package.
Customized service life
Create multiple durations for a single service, and set prices for each service duration. When booking appointments, your customers can choose between predefined durations, and view available prices and time slots.
Resources

You can share rooms, equipment, cars, chairs or any other resources between employees. INARI Booking will show your customers the available time slots, create an appointment at the time they choose and inform the employee.
Time zones
INARI Booking will automatically detect the time zone from your customer’s computer and show slots in their time zone, while you will be able to see slots in your time zone.
Customer table
Let your customers efficiently manage their appointments, events and profiles on your website by instantly entering the short code on one page. Customers can cancel or reschedule appointments without logging into WordPress.
Cart
Enabling the Cart function allows customers to book multiple services as part of a single booking process. They can modify their selection by deleting or editing services and choosing different dates, times, employees and locations (if applicable).
Multiple abbreviated code selection
With the new step-by-step booking and catalog forms, you can choose multiple categories, services, packages, employees or locations on a single web page.
Missed appointment label
If enabled, the no-show label identifies customers who have missed their appointments, flagging them in the appointment and customer profile sections. The color of the label – gray, yellow or red – reflects the frequency of missed appointments: once, twice, three times or more.
